Around this time last year, Angela talked with me about something she was considering. She’s had a lot of adversity thrown at her in her adult life. Circumstances that by themselves would shake any Christian’s faith. But because of her faith she came through each of them stronger. She told me she was thinking about writing a book about her experiences, with the hope being that it could help someone dealing with a tragedy and struggling in their faith. So through last spring and summer, she wrote, rewrote, and ended up with what I thought was an excellent book about her trials, struggling with, and ultimately strengthening her faith. Unfortunately, before it could be printed, there was another chapter that needed to be written. If you or someone you know is going through extremely difficult times, or if you’re just interested in seeing how one person can have so many hard things come their way and get through them stronger than before, please read this book. All proceeds from its sale go to the loveBig organization that feeds and educates children in Haiti. I know I’m biased, but it’s a very good read. Angela, I’m so very proud of you.
